Egg roll typically has wheat flour and eggs in it, but while experimenting with gluten-free & carbs-free recipes for my sensitive family, I came up with this gluten-free alternative which you can say is a dosa egg roll. But unlike regular dosa (crepe) this one doesn’t have rice in it. The result is delicious, filling and at the same time loaded with nutrition.
