Makes me wonder why a grain that is loaded with nutrition is not included in our daily diet? So here is a recipe of nourishing ladoos that are simple to make and are perfect for any special occasion. Amaranth flour/rajgira flour is slowly roasted in ghee, then mixed with fried sago pearls, sugar & nuts and made into small ball shaped laddoos, share a perfect balance between velvety and crunchy texture. Not to forget the additional quality of this grain being gluten-free.
